Algemene voorwaarden
Dear customer,
Below are the general rules and regulations (terms and conditions) in force for signing up as a customer with Massage Therapie Agnieszka:
1. Massage Therapie Agnieszka provides service treatments during working hours according available rules and regulations.
2. Massage Therapie Agnieszka has an obligation to respect customer’s privacy.
3. Registration is needed to receive treatment.
4. In some circumstances new customer can register ONLY after making a 50% payment upfront of the value of the treatment(s). Account number: NL 09 INGB 0007 6891 45, Massage Therapie Agnieszka.
5. Cancellations of treatment done less than 24 hours before appointment time, will be charged against 50% of the treatment price.
Cancellations of treatment done less than 12 hours before appointment will be charged against 100% of the treatment price.
6. Customers who REGULARLY postpone, not show up without prior notification or cancel, will be charged 100% of treatment price upfront, which will be non-refundable upon no-show.
7. To ensure the high quality of my services, customer is obligated to come 5-10 minutes before the appointment in order to prepare for treatment. The appointment time is defined as the time the treatment starts. In cases of showing up late, this time will be deducted from the treatment time. The time specified includes the preparation before and after the treatment and the treatment time.
8. We accept max. 15 minutes of delay/being late. After this time we have the right to refuse treatment if it interferes with the visit of the next customer.
Delays longer than 15 minutes are treated as cancellation of the visit less than 12 hours before appointment as mentioned in article 5.
9. In case of delay caused by, or due to the fault of Massage Therapie Agnieszka, or a prolonged visit by the preceding customer, the treatment will be carried out in full, without shortening the treatment.
10. Massage Therapie Agnieszka has the right to stop treatment if the customer’s behaviour is inappropriate (stealing, aggressive behaviour, sexual harassment, touching masseuse, or if customer is under the influence of alcohol, drugs. In that case fee will be charged 10% of amount. In case of inappropriate behaviour as above mentioned it also will be reported to the police.
11. Massage Therapie Agnieszka has the right to refuse or stop massage if customer has skin deseases or an infectious disease. In that case fee will be charged 50% of amount.
12. Massage Therapie Agnieszka does not provide erotic massages or other sexual services.
13. Only the person who has an appointment can stay in the treatment room. Accompanying persons (partner, children, etc.) are obliged to wait in the waiting room of the practice or the hall on the ground floor.
14. It is not allowed to bring animals to the appointment for reason of hygiene.
15. Customer is obligated to become acquainted with the general rules and regulations in force before signing up with Massage Therapie Agnieszka.
16. Coming for a visit is equivalent to accepting the rules and regulations.
17. Massage Therapie Agnieszka reserves the right to change or adjust these rules and regulations.
Dear customer, I respect your time and money and the same I expect from you. Above regulations are made to avoid a situation that your or my time is wasted and appointment times are blocked for people that really want to use treatment.
